The leading automobile manufacturer has launched the new motorcycle Hero Xtreme 200R. In the 200 cc segment, it is being described as an affordable bike. The Extreme 200R was first introduced by the company at Auto Expo 2016. But Hero has launched it after two years. The design of Hero Extreme 200R is quite similar to Extreme Sports.
Single Cylinder Air Cooled Engine
The bike has a digital-analog instrument cluster. The new bike with 199.6 cc has a single cylinder air cooled engine. It has a 5-speed transmission. The ex-showroom price of Hero's new motorcycle in the North-East states has been kept at 88 thousand rupees. The company has also uploaded these prices on its official website. No information has been given about the price of this bike in Delhi.
Disc brakes in front and rear
Disc brakes have been given in the front and rear of the bike. The next wheel has 276 mm disc and the previous wheel has 276 mm disc brake. The company has shown an aggressive approach in styling the Xtreme 200R. Sculpted tank, AG tail section are giving this bike a sporty look. The engine of the bike has 18.3 bhp power and it generates 17.1 newton meter of torque. The bike is built on a new diamond frame.
